“Don’t see a reason for the so-so rating. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Staff was exceptionally friendly and offered me late checkout with no issue. Shuttle was easy and quick. You can tell the staff is trying hard and it shows”

“I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The hospitality from the entire team was excellent and made my visit very comfortable. I would especially like to thank AK at the Burger Bar for his friendly attitude and great service. The front desk staff, Disha and Prath, were very welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions. A special thanks to Manager Patrick for ensuring everything ran smoothly and for maintaining such a high standard of service. Their teamwork and dedication truly made my stay enjoyable. “I read a lot of the bad reviews and not really sure why. I'm military so I've stayed at thousands of Hilton over 30 years. I arrived at the hotel after long day of traveling, was greeted with a smile but my room wasn't quite ready but she found me another room. The rooms are really nice, took a hot shower and went downstairs and had a great meal at the hotel restaurant. There are also great restaurants in walking distance. So far this stay has been wonderful!”

“Fine accommodations for 1 night. We booked two connecting rooms before a flight out of STL. One elevator only goes up to the 4th Floor and we were on the 5th Floor. The elevator further down the hall (that went to the 5th floor and was closer to our room) had a door malfunction and was out of order when we were departing so we carried all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs. The restaurant in the lower level was good. The complementary shuttle was always 15 minutes away which felt like code for it will get here when it gets here. We did wait on it for more than 15 minutes each time we needed shuttled.”
